Organic craft creamery from Normandy
Mélanie KERJAN set up her craft creamery in Martigny (5 km from Dieppe) in 2025, at the Beaumaine farm, to make ORGANIC products on site from the high-quality milk of Jersey cows.
From the start, her aim has been to work with milk of exceptional quality, thanks to Jersey cows and organic farming.
She has chosen to process the milk using traditional craft methods, which preserve all its flavours and benefits.
The cows are fed on grass or green hay, thanks to the dryer on the farm, with no maize silage.
You can find her products in delicatessens and farm shops, as well as on the tables of renowned restaurants and bakeries.
