The Pays de Caux Village (Village Cauchois) brings together around fifteen producers and restaurateurs from the Pays de Caux to share the flavours and know-how of the area: dairy products, apple juice, ciders and beers, biscuits, saffron… not forgetting the essential Chips LA 76. This year, the apples and Cidre du Pays de Caux take centre stage in a new space devoted to tastings and to discovering the PDO (AOP) label.
Coming by coach from the Pays de Caux
Cars Hangard run a return trip to Rouen from Yvetot, Doudeville and Yerville, at €9 for adults and €5 for children, thanks to the support of the Yvetot Normandie and Plateau de Caux communities of communes.
